In the app you can schedule: personalized video courses to assist you in: learning how to use & utilize the gym equipment, navigating the gym effectively, we can customize your own routine, and teach how to use gym tracking apps and more.

We offer in person. Private 1 on 1 training at our Hollywood location, customized online nutritional coaching to personalize your diet and get you the results you want. 

Bodywork recovery sessions to help with sports injury or just to relax. Bodywork sessions come with a full spa experience, including heated oils, a candle it relaxing environment, aromatherapy body scrubs, tea tree cleansers, and more.​​

My approach is holistic, combining tailored workout programs with personalized nutritional guidance, and bodywork recovery sessions to optimize energy levels and overall performance.
