Photos are encouraged and need to be taken in the same place in the morning from the same distance from the phone. If it is a mirror be the same distance away every time. You should be close to the camera to see results. Your full body should be visible down to your thighs.

  • Men wear tight fitting gym shorts or swimwear shirtless.

  • Woman wear a sports bra and tight fitting gym shorts.

  • No nudity allowed whatsoever.
